DIY Faux Fur Sandal

So, here’s the story, on how I upgraded the sandal below. There’s this huge h&m faux fur jacket which is kind of useless in use in Nigeria, I decided to give it new life.

I cut off the sleeves (so that I can still have a sleeveless jacket to use if I have to make a journey to a freezing climate) and used it in coming up with this uber simple crafty craft and jazz up my simple barely sandal that I wore here.

Basically, what you’ll be needing is

  • Your source of faux fur.
  • glue
  • scissors
  • and your imagination! I just had to put that in there. There are so many things I might be ‘fluffing’ up real soon.

Here’s a really short video to guide you on how to make it.

All you have to do is cut up a strip, long enough to cover the sandal strap and not too wide. Or you can just go out wild, it’s your choice, and shoe.

Glue on the fur. Wait for it to dry. I trimmed out the hair on the faux fur because I felt it was too long. And rock it out!

I wish you an amazing week ahead!

Love,

Haneefah.
